These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8888fb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://8888fb.ws and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein. These Terms apply to all users of the 8888fb platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access any part of the website without creating an account.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the 8888fb platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 8888fb platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register accounts on 8888fb.

• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the Platform. Each natural person is limited to one account only.

8888fb reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage of the registration process or during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 8888fb account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. You must not share your username, password, or any other login credential with any third party. 8888fb will treat any action taken using your credentials as having been authorised by you.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on your account remain accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or other account information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. 8888fb accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated account information.

8888fb may suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account has been used to engage in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• The account has been used in breach of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• A court order, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency has directed 8888fb to restrict the account.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 8888fb reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used after Real Money Balance in all wagering calculations, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses have a validity period, after which any unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 8888fb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player's existing bonus will continue to be governed by the original promotion terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of 8888fb management is final.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the 8888fb platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as published within the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 8888fb:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. No bet may be altered or cancelled after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, 8888fb reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return all stakes. The decision of 8888fb's technical team is final in such circumstances.
• Winnings from RNG (random number generator) games are determined by the outcomes produced by certified random number generation software. Results are independently audited for fairness.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8888fb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses resulting from interruption of service, technical malfunctions, or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, game results, or promotional terms.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8888fb makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any content displayed thereon.

10. Amendments to These Terms

8888fb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 11. Governing Law & Disputes

8888fb aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a full response within 28 business days. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before initiating any legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
